Cancellation Policy
Once appointment is confirmed, a 24-hours notice of cancellation/reschedule is required. Clients who fail to adhere to this policy and miss appointment without proper notice, will be charged a cancellation/no show fee of $45.00. Sessions will NOT be consumed, only the cancellation/no show fee will apply. This policy is aimed to improve efficiency for all clients. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Refunds Policy
All opened products are final sale. Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of purchase as long as product is in good sanitary condition.
PERSONAL TRAINING & FITNESS CLASSES - POLICIES & PROCEDURES
- Personal Training: Once confirmed, 24-hour notice of cancellation/reschedule for appointment is required. - Sessions, services, classes, and memberships are not transferable nor refundable.
- Fitness Classes: There are no make-up classes for missed group fitness classes unless cancelled by instructor. Classes are ongoing.
- All Class Membership billings will be automatically deducted from card provided on the 1st of every month. A NSF(non-sufficient funds) charge of CAD $45.00 will be applied for declined transactions.
- All Personal Training billings will be automatically deductedfrom card provided on designated due date. Late Payment feesof CAD $50.00 will be applied for overdue billings 15-days after due date.
- Overdue Class Memberships & Personal Training billingslonger than 30-days will automatically be placed on hold until balance is cleared. All access to classes and/or sessions will be restricted.
- Fitness Classes: Month-to-month Class Memberships automatically renews unless cancelled with 30-days notice. Please refer to your Fitness Class Agreement copy for more information.
- Personal Training: All Personal Training Sessions have expiration dates. Expiration varies according to session package. Please refer to your Personal Training Agreement copy for more information.
- Fitness Classes: Class Memberships can be frozen for 10% per month. All freezes must be submitted 30-days priornext billing cycle. Minimum freeze time is of 30-days with a maximum of 60-days.
- Personal Trainings: PT Sessions can be frozen for 15% per month. All freezes must be submitted 30-days priornext billing cycle. Minimum freeze time is of 30-days with a maximum of 60-days.
- Personal Training & Class Membership notices of cancellation must be sent in writing with 30-days in advance prior to your next billing cycle and shall be sent to ShazSharif@SharifFitness.com. Trainee is responsible for 50% of remaining dues after the 10-day cooling off period policy. Please refer to your Personal Training Agreement copy and/or Fitness Class Agreement copy for more information.
- Participants/Clients with any communicable illnesses will be turned away. Please follow our Health & Safety policy and stay home until fully recovered to avoid contagion to ensure everyone’s safety.
- Personal Training: After-Hours bookings are subject to an extra charge of $20.00 per session for that specific date.
